Who voted FOR it?! All Republican appointees and corporate shills: John Roberts - appointed by Bush II, Antonin Scalia - appointed by Ronald Reagan, Anthony Kennedy - appointed by Ronald Reagan, Clarence Thomas - appointed by Bush I and Samuel Alito - appointed by Bush II.
Who voted against it? Three Democrat appointees and one Republican appointee: Sonia Sotomayor - appointed by Barack Obama, Stephen Breyer - appointed by Bill Clinton, Ruth Bader Ginsburg - appointed by Bill Clinton and John Paul Stevens - appointed by Gerald Ford.
